15/10 recommend Resilient Athlete if you are an active person that needs a little TLC. They believe in getting you better while keeping you active and doing what you love. It’s not just cookie cutter PT that tells you to rest and put ice on your injury. It’s targeted, thoughtful, realistic rehab that works. I

Each timeline is different and depends on exactly whats going on. We make sure all of our patients meet the criteria to return to sport which are as follows: no swelling, no pain, full joint range of motion, equal strength compared to the non-operative side, efficient balance and ability to absorb load with quick movements. Each criteria is specific to the sport of choice and will be clearly outlined by your rehab doctor.

Most of our athletes see us an average of 1x a week. Our goal is to help you build a program to be successful outside of sessions. We are there to help coach mechanics, progress exercises and monitor symptoms. Our hybrid approach uses our app to see you less in the clinic giving you more time on the court and in the gym!

All of our rehab specialists are doctorate-level clinicians trained to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal injuries. Most running related injuries can be managed conservatively, however If we believe that there is need for an Orthopedic Surgeon we have a network of doctors that we refer to and can usually get patients in the same week.

Because we work with athletes and active adults we know that 100% prevention of pain is not likely. However you should be able to prevent major injuries that require full rest by managing training volume, recovering and fueling appropriately as well as regularly implementing strength and conditioning to your training.
