Getting started with The Resilient Athlete is simple - follow these steps to recover effectively and return to the roads or trails.
ASSESSMENT
Share your training history, goals and injury concerns. We will put you through our Functional Movement Assessment that exposes your strengths and weaknesses.
CUSTOM PLAN
Receive a tailored rehab program based on your areas of concern and opportunities for strength. Don’t have a current strength & conditioning program? We will help you develop a program that works around past history of injury and focuses on longevity to build stronger muscles, tendons and bones.
RETURN 2 SPORT
Following our progressive plan, we aim to get you back stronger than you were pre-injury. We help you overcome your pain and become a more resilient, efficient athlete. Most of our clients keep in touch to help maintain feeling good all year round.

Most Hyrox related injuries are due to training errors that occur from doing too much too soon without being prepared. We help Hyrox athletes understand their imbalances to help overcome injuries by creating strength programs specific to your needs!

This depends on the individual case but most Hyrox related injuries are not serious and can be managed through rehab. Often times we are able to keep our patients training daily while modifying things such as speed, distance or even rest times that can often allow them to train with manageable symptoms. We always recommend a personalized assessment for your specific situation.

All of our rehab specialists are doctorate-level clinicians trained to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal injuries. Most running related injuries can be managed conservatively, however If we believe that there is need for an Orthopedic Surgeon we have a network of doctors that we refer to and can usually get patients in the same week.

The best way to get back to the sled without back pain is by strengthening your back! We help athletes develop a program that you can put into your training to strengthen your back and get back to pushing heavy weight!

Because we work with athletes and active adults we know that 100% prevention of pain is not likely. However you should be able to prevent major injuries that require full rest by managing training volume, recovering and fueling appropriately as well as regularly implementing strength and conditioning to your training.
